Returns & Refunds Policy

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your item and of course we always welcome feedback!

How long have I got?
All UK customers must return their items within 30 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your parcels.

The following must apply for a refund* or exchange:
•    Items must be unused and in all original packaging
•    Items must not have been used or assembled in any way
•    Items must be reported immediately at time of delivery should there be any visual sign of damage to packaging, report this to your delivery driver immediately
•    If you are unhappy with the state of your parcel(s) report to your delivery driver and you may refuse to accept delivery should there be any visible signs of damage to the packaging and it’s contents, you must not at any time open the parcel(s) or alter the packaging at any time when refusing delivery, it is important to take photographs and email to shop@furnilove.co.uk with your order number, name and contact number immediately.
•    Any damaged or faulty items recieved once opened must be documented by clear photographs and sent via email with your order number, name and contact details to shop@furnilove.co.uk

How do I return?
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure returned items are securely packaged and photographed prior to shipping back to Furnilove.
Please email our team shop@furnilove.co.uk if you wish to return an item stating a reason for return and we will get back to you within 48hrs with Instructions. Do not send back your item(s) without prior consent from our sales team, this could cause confusion and your return will not be accepted.

Discount Codes – the following applies
•    The discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
•    Discount Codes are valid on full price items only
•    To take advantage of an offer, the relevant Promotion Code must be entered at the checkout.
•    No cash or any other alternative will be given
•    *All items purchased with a discount code or promotion codes are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only
•    Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.
Items purchased online must be returned online following the correct procedure.
